POSITION SUMMARY:

CDP's Park Center cornerstone office is looking for an intern with an interest in Property Management Operations to provide general administrative support to the office and assist in various projects relative to team and tenant needs. The Intern would work under the direction of the cornerstone's Property Coordinators and Senior Property Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Screening and directing communications to relevant individuals and creating correspondence.
  • Maintaining a filing system and assist in share point migration.
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining the office calendar.
  • Ordering blueprints.
  • Prepare various documents and assist with Maximo ticket input.
  • Attend meetings when invited and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Assist in projects such as electronic data management and archiving of documents.
  • Maintain office equipment, office supplies, kitchen supplies, uniform orders, marketing materials.
  • Participate in Datacenter Property inspections.
  • Assist with Datacenter vendor site meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
INTERN WILL BE EXPOSED TO:
  • Overview of Capital Region Operations team.
  • Will receive training to provide understanding of task assignments and how these assignments relate to the workflow of property management.
  • Will attend Lunch-N-Learns when they align with work schedule.
  • Tour various properties throughout the cornerstone.
QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS:
  • PC proficiency including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and ability to learn company specific software.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize concurrent assignments and adapt to shifting priorities.
