Primary responsibilities for Manufacturing Line Leads include:
Coordinate with the Production Supervisors to lead daily operations of a production line with a focus on Quality, Efficiency, Delivery, and Safety
Read, understand, and perform processes as described in established work instructions
Provide adequate training and clear direction for production staff
Maintain accurate documentation, as required, on topics such as, but not limited to, cross training, product standards, and safety
Compile and analyze production records
Require and maintain a safe work environment for all employees and any non-employees who may enter the production environment
Schedule:
Train on 1st M-F 630am-230pm, move to 2nd shift M-F 130p-10p

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
