**Food Service Worker Casual up to 24 hrs a week**
**Job Summary:** All general kitchen duties including: tray delivery, cashier, line serving, dishwashing, pots and pan washing, sanitation of the department and customer service for patients and cafeteria.
**Essential Functions:**
* Consistently uses an outward mindset and puts forth exemplary effort in accomplishing his/her goals and objectives in a manner that helps others to achieve their goals and objectives.
* Utilizes recipe and correct production techniques. Is aware of age appropriate food production techniques.
* Assists in maintaining portion control and reduced waste.
* Completes re-stocking of their assigned work area.
* Maintains a high level of cleanliness and sanitation of their assigned work area.
**Minimum Qualifications:** Must be at least 16 years of age.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**: High school diploma preferred. Prior kitchen experience preferred.
Working Conditions: General kitchen/cafeteria environment. **Physical Requirements****:** Constantly stand, walk, reach, push/pull, see/visual acuity, talk/hear, lift/carry 1 to 25 lbs. Frequently handle/grasp/feel, bend/twist, stoop/kneel/crouch. Occasionally lift/carry 25 to 50 lbs.
