We seek an event producer, to grow with our award-winning creative team. Our client helps agile brands deliver below the line experiences, by planning activations that assist with core marketing objectives. Our services include strategy, experiential design, environmental design, audience engagement and brand activation.

Suitable candidates should thrive in a team environment, perform when challenged, and instinctively look to grow. Candidates will work in a team environment delivering large format, proprietary and industry event programs.


We seek a full time Producer, who will work to produce and coordinate details of creative to ensure those details are successfully translated into the real world.

Ideal candidates possess a proven track record of managing complex activations, both physical and digital, where project teams are assembled to deliver a creative vision.

Common sense, work ethic and an ability to problem solve will be key.


Schedule Management

  • Candidates should create, publish, and manage pre- production timelines, ensuring all action items are completed prior to deadlines, as well as working with external resources to meet collective deadlines.
  • A contribution should be made to co-author on-site schedules and the requirements of all additional departments, should be integrated into the larger production schedule.
  • Candidates must be highly organized, self-motivated, and attentive to details.


Travel

  • On-site travel is a pre-requisite to the role. Pre event travel is mandatory. Candidates will be expected to supervise installation, provide onsite support, manage any dismantle elements and ensure client needs/requests are met on site.


Creative Liaison

  • Creatively and strategically consult with the client on event needs such as traffic flow, general plan arrangements, as well as infrastructure needs, furniture & d cor.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external resources on design, production and delivery
  • Work with client's creative teams to ensure client's branding requirements are met



Meeting Management

  • Lead client planning calls on a regular weekly basis.
  • Publish agendas and circulate meeting minutes
  • Provide frequent budget updates
  • Lead on site production meetings

Financial Management

  • Manage the budget by documenting any changes and having clients sign off on all post contract changes, while assisting with event reconciliation within 30 days of close of show

Client Management

  • Tactically and proactively ensure client satisfaction is maintained, regardless of circumstances, to maintain and retain a positive position with each client.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred

8+ years experience with events, scenery, digital activations, experiential planning and or permanent display installations

Managing budgets of all size maintaining direct financial responsibility, ownership, and accountability

Experience in managing external vendor staffing and labor crews

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Ability to consult with clients on traffic flow, general layout, traffic building activities and cost savings

Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, holidays and be on-call as necessary

Availability and willingness to travel cross-country and overseas as required
