Summary:
The Facility Assistant performs daily facility operations responsibilities to uphold the facility and professional staff members, such as restocking, performing set-up/teardown of HR Events, completing facility walkthroughs, and ensuring facilities are well kept. The facility assistant position will assist with maintaining a safe and enjoyable facility environment while serving as the first point of contact for employees and providing access control for the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operations (restock, clean, upkeep)
- Event set-up/breakdown
- Maintain and report on inventory of building and pantry supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities
- Basic maintenance in the building
- Ensure conference rooms are ready for use
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively monitor and communicate to employees
- Punctuality, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Good oral and written communication skills; strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and think critically
- Ability to lift 45lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk three flights of stairs

Salary: $18 - $23/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM, will need to stay after hours some days for HR Events.
