Our client, is seeking a temporary Marketing Coordinator to provide maternity leave relief at their Nashville, TN location. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the marketing efforts of a renowned organization. The selected candidate will play a vital role in assisting with administrative tasks, managing website content, creating marketing materials, coordinating signage efforts, and supporting community events.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including website content updates, pricing and photo copying, and uploading and creating flyers.
- Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Assist with the management and upkeep of signage across 12-13 home communities, including coordination with local sign vendors.
- Participate in community model grand openings by coordinating vendors, managing promotional efforts such as e-blasts, and ensuring successful event execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support various initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing coordination, administrative support, or related roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools such as Canva.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Brentwood, Nashville, TN area is a plus.
Other information:
- This position will primarily be onsite at the Nashville, TN location.
- Remote work on Fridays may be possible, subject to discussion and approval.
