Sataware Technologies is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused remote Call Center Agent to join our growing team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Call Center Agent Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
Call Center Agent Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
