We are looking for a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple apartment home properties located in Lincoln, NE.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively manage employees by coaching, motivating, and mentoring. Success in developing team members.
- Must possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively set high standards of performance.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual goals and occupancy goals.
- Perform monthly audits and inspection of sites.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills including problem solving and handling customer concerns. Along with resolving issues and communicating effectively with vendors.
- Set high standards for resident relations.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize. Organizational Skills are a must.
Qualifications
- Position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience.
