Job responsibilities: - Verify accuracy and completeness of products produced at DentalEZ.
- Research cause and corrective action of in-house and field complaints.
- Act as a member of the Material Review Board.
- Calibrate Gages.
- Perform custodian responsibilities of gages.
- Process gages for calibration to outside labs.
- Coordinate with Labs for the calibration of larger equipment.
- Auditing of equipment and processes.
- First Article Inspections of material received and manufactured in house.
- Operate forklift as necessary.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Prompt regular attendance is required.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Person must be resourceful and a self-starter.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Must have experience systematizing process flows for improved efficiency.
- Must be conscientious and detail minded.
- Must be able to work in fast paced, quick changing atmosphere.
