.We are looking for a highly motivated Snr Manager to join our Business Development organization to define and execute the channel strategy across the UK. This role is responsible for supporting Elastic s efforts to build an elite ecosystem of partners who are highly strategic to the company s long-term goals.The Snr Manager, Partners will build and lead a team to recruit, enable, and support a network of partners in order to drive partner sourced, influenced, and fulfilled revenue and initially personally drive the execution of the strategy within the Hyperscalers. We need someone who has the ability to build a team capable of identifying new partners, solidifying current partner relationships,
addressing all of our customer groups
(from SMB to Strategic clients including Public Sector) as well as taking personal responsibility for the Hyperscaler partners with support from the EMEA-wide Hyperscaler Partner Managers. We need a strategic thinker who can build a team to deliver a best in class Channel ecosystem.What You Will Be Doing:
Building a team capable of Identifying, recruiting, enabling and managing partners including Hyperscalars, Regional SIs, VARs,ISV s and Distribution Organisations to support business goals and to execute partner sales strategies.Drive consistent and predictable channel bookings through joint business planning and ongoing channel enablement.Work closely with our direct sales team leaders to form a coherent indirect strategy.Negotiate and close channel and partnership contractsCreate and drive overall channel strategy and prioritization plan for coverage area, including the development of an Elastic Stack practice across priority channel partnersWhat You Bring Along:
