We are currently looking to hire a
Strategy & Projects Finance Senior Analyst/Associate Manager!
This is a key position within the Finance Organization to give support for the design and implementation of strategic projects, new business processes, and long-term vision for the business.This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO.In this role, you will be responsible for:Responsible for the strategic plan of the companyCo-lead cross-functional strategic projects with high financial impactSupporting product innovation by developing business cases for proposed products, challenging assumptions around volume, pricing, and input costs ensuring that new product launches are accretive to the P&LLead the design of company ways of working to ensure process optimization and fluid decision makingThe base compensation range for this position is $70,000-110,000 commensurate with experience.Bachelor level studies (Finance, Business administration, accounting, economics, engineering or similar preferred)3-5 years of CPG Finance experience preferredStrong analytical skills (Excel, Power point, BI tools, SAP)Business acumenProactive and constructive attitudeAt Horizon Organic, we re growing a culture of passionate people driven to do good for the horizon we all share.
