The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for order processing and communicating with the Asia team to make sure shipments are on time. Will assist in purchase order creation, revision, and updating.
What you'll be doing:
- Export EDI Orders to X3 to be processed.
- Make sure customer requirements such labels, stickers, polybags are met.
- Work with Sales Reps to address any issues.
- Follow up orders to make sure orders are shipping on time.
- Assign / allocate sales orders to reserve stock
- Keep sales orders report updated.
- Join MOL meetings and communicate with sales / merchandisers of any issues.
- Assist in purchase order creation, revision, and updating.
- Review Purchase Orders for accuracy.
- Communicate with Asia team regarding new orders, shipping dates, changes or updates on open orders.
What we look for:- 1-3 years of experience in procurement
- High School/GED required
- Must have excellent communication skills and special attention to details.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment.
- Professional attitude, good organizational skills and dependability.
- Knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
- Self-Motivated and proactive.
- Ability to multi-task
What we offer: Salary range for this position: $24.78 hr.- $28.86 hr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
