We are primarily a work-from-home (WFH) team that meets once a week to collaborate at our shared workspace in Scottsdale Quarter. We also connect about once a month for team events.

Role Description
Our clients come to us when they need help filling their open positions. SQRL's recruiters are primarily responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout our client's hiring process. Our recruiters also act as account managers and business development specialists. Your days will include everything from phone calls with candidates, sourcing and reaching out to candidates using our awesome resources, working directly with hiring managers, and connecting with other members of the SQRL team.
Responsibilities
- Actively work to attract new clients to SQRL using our business development strategies
- Build and actively manage relationships with your assigned SQRL clients
- Message and call candidates from the SQRL database
- Utilize SQRL proactive sourcing tools and job boards to find qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens with candidates to determine eligibility and qualifications
- Prepare candidates for interviews with clients
- Negotiate and help with offers
- Work closely with SQRL leadership, sourcing team, other recruiters, and account managers to accomplish company goals
- Update the Applicant Tracking System with each interaction with your candidates
- Provide updates on positions and candidates during team huddles and team meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Life Sciences staffing experience preferred
- Recruiting experience is required, and we are ideally looking for at least 1 year of experience, but we are open to a variety of experience levels
- Professional communication skills
- Must be comfortable with the ever-changing dynamic of being a recruiter, where your day may include a mix of phone calls, active sourcing, client meetings, and prospecting.

1st Year Total Compensation Range
Recruiter = $59,500-$88,500
Senior Recruiter = $62,500-$116,500
Executive Recruiter = $82,500-$160,500
