Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and update databases as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or related industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus
