Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and concerns
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain customer records and update databases as needed
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or related industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus
