Schedule: Part-time, flexible schedule; no nights or weekends

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The NP/PA duties to include but not limited to:
-Provide mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within a clinic setting
-Issue medication prescriptions in accordance with treatment guidelines
-Orders laboratory tests, interprets, and explains the test results to patients
-Communicates with patients and engages in follow-up as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
-Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in state of Alabama
-Psychiatric PA or PMH-NP certification
-5 years of PMHNP/Psych PA experience required
-Ability to work without direct in-person supervision and practice autonomously
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
