We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued growth in the Carolinas. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across North and South Carolina, as well as parts of Virginia, Eastern Tennessee, and Northeast Georgia. Additionally, the Outside Sales Representative will continually monitor industry trends to identify new and emerging markets, help strategize plans to expand such markets, and be a main point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients
Lead sales efforts in Charlotte, NC, as well as across North/South Carolina and the surrounding areas.
Stay abreast of industry trends to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with our Sales Team to enhance marketing efforts
Participate in industry trade shows to showcase our offerings
Requirements:
Must be able to travel within the broader Carolinas region, residing in close proximity to Charlotte, NC
Willing to travel 50%-75% of the time (overnight stay required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with minimal supervision
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Comfortable working remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years or more experience in the metal stamping and/or die build industries
Experience in outside industrial sales
Ultimate preferred qualification: Sales experience in the Stamping, Tool and Die, sector

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation that aligns with your experience, ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually. The Outside Sales Representative s salary will be determined based on qualifications and relevant expertise.

In addition to your base salary, you will also have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions based on your sales performance, offering the potential for even greater earnings.
