Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Lead at 3 Tree Tech. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, market research, and customer service. This role is located in Chicago, IL but allows for flexibility to work from home. Travel to Portland OR for training will be mandatory. We will have another 3 Tree team member in Chicago for support as well.
This role will have a base salary, as well as commission ability.

- Experience in sales lead role
- Analytical Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in lead generation and market research
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
