In this role you work with call-in or emailed customer requests to assist in identifying and purchasing product, or provide product information to guide decisions in ordering the correct parts. Information is delivered usually by phone, email, or through the customers ordering portal. We provide a three-track training program: one to learn the computer system to navigate these affairs; second, to learn our products and become an expert; and third, to learn how we *care* for our customers. It is a fast-paced and fulfilling work environment with an excellent team-based culture dedicated to *the Golden Rule*: everyone is respectful, friendly, and desires to **see you succeed.** This is a business-to-business sales environment, so customers generally are pleasant and professional. Building relationships through time is an essential and rewarding part of the job. It is a traditional M-F work day schedule with paid holidays, no nights or weekends. This role has development potential to move into more complex layers of customer service functions such as: Key Accounts, Strategic Quotes, Sales Engineering, or managerial roles.
**Work Environment:** Office setting with friendly, out-going, team-oriented staff. Candidates should anticipate a very fast-paced, productive work environment. Occasionally, the candidate will work in our manufacturing plant environment to interface with operations teammates.
