SAN Server Administrator (On-Site)

SYSTEMTEC is seeking an SAN Server Administrator for an On-Site opportunity in Columbia, SC. Team is looking for someone with SAN Storage experience.
Required Qualifications of the SAN Server Administrator:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Bachelor or Associate s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job related field
- 4 years of server or other job related experience
- Must have SAN Storage experience
- VMware experience is highly desired
- CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ certification preferred
Responsibilities of the SAN Server Administrator:
- Maintaining the environment to include keeping up with hardware EOL and renewals.
- Maintaining DR readiness to include meeting and planning with customer
- During disaster recovery exercises, coordinate and troubleshoot issues
- Administers use, capacity and performance of server systems
- Works with end users and vendors to resolve server issues
- Upgrades and configures server devices from multiple vendors
Work Location: No 100% On-Site in Columbia, SC.
