Job SummaryThis is an entry-level part-time position that provides administrative support. Help facilitate the onboarding of Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees by maintaining all onboarding compliance documentations. The position will require the employee to be 100% on site.Primary DutiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.+ Create and maintain personnel folders and filing of relevant employment documentations for both Oakton and LTCIS personnel files.+ Assist with the coordinating of New Hire Orientation materials and the collection of all signed compliance documentation. File accordingly to the correct folders/binders.+ Assist to ensure that employee profiles are compliant within the HRIS (WorkDay).+ Assist with verification of employment and employee referral requests.+ Continually provide aligned HR Partners with status of all tasks and responsibilitiesAdditional Responsibilities+ Assist in regulatory audits.+ Provide administrative support for HR partners as needed.+ Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)+ High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.+ Associate degree preferred.+ Minimum one year of administrative or Human Resources experience required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities+ Able to work well with people.+ Proficient in Microsoft Office skills and the ability to become familiar with specific compliance documentation.+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.+ Organized and detail-oriented and able to carry out work with the highest level of accuracy.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
