Extensive product and solution training is provided to enable the success of our sales team.

Job Requirements:

10+ years of experience in selling innovative, early-stage software or IT solutions to tier one financial services institutions. If you have Pharmaceutical market experience as well, that is a plus, but not required.

Excellent communication and presentation

skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until opportunity closure.

Must be self-mot

ivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment.

Ability to wear multiple hats in a start-up environment and be a utility player.

Responsibilities:

Commercial Market Development, Pipeline Growth, Sales Engagement & Solutioning

Identify and develop key executive relationships and leverage your

already-established network in the commercial market with

tier-one financial services institutions

to gain and grow our commercial footprint.

Engage qualified prospects by developing trusting customer relationships; take them through the journey of identifying a fit for the companys products and solutions.

Generate innovative approaches to serve the

financial services market.

Educate leaders at prospective partner organizations about our clients products and capabilities.

Set and maintain your account strategy for engaging with customers.

Identify and attend key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our clients commercial customer visibility, supporting pre and post-event engagement.

Work aggressively to develop an adequate sales pipeline to achieve or exceed your sales targets and goals.

Maintain a strong level of pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.com.

Drive ownership and direction of the commercial sales process from first contact to closing the deal.

Understand Financial Services and

clients critical business initiatives, areas of concern, technology stack, and competitive environment.

Identify challenges and pain points that our clients products uniquely solve and support direct customer solutions.

Communicate the companys value proposition to prospective customers to secure opportunities within the

financial services or pharmaceutical sectors .

Conduct product demos and develop solutions that best meet the commercial prospect and customer needs.

Collaborate and innovate as needed to create customer-facing presentations and proposals unique to the prospect and situation.

Provide unique solutions and negotiate through traditional enterprise sales agreement/contract/ procurement obstacles to achieve an ultimate win.

Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with the extended team to ensure a cohesive effort is put forth when demonstrating company products and services and to achieve a technical win.

Compensation Range:
