Role: Partner (Employment Law)
Lead high-stakes employment cases, steering them towards successful outcomes with strategic vision
Serve as the cornerstone for businesses, offering sage advice on navigating the complex landscape of employment law
Build and maintain relationships that transform clients into long-term partners
Assist organizations in developing forward-thinking employment policies that set industry standards
Share knowledge by contributing to legal education, guiding the next generation of lawyers
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment law cases
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school in the US
Active Illinois law license, additional licenses beneficial
Demonstrated success in managing complex cases and leading a team
Consistent book of business of at least US$ 500,000
Package & Benefits:
