Senior Director, Head of Strategy Consulting


As the Senior Director, Strategy Consulting, you will lead and manage a growing team of engagement managers, expanding and executing on a portfolio of offerings to help clients make informed business decisions based on best-in-class research combined with sound strategy consulting frameworks.
Business Management

You will build and lead a diverse team of strategy, research, and analytics professionals, ensuring the successful execution of clientengagements. You will provide management and mentorship to your team, build relationships with senior-management client stakeholders, and provide your team with strategic guidance and thought leadership. Additionally, you will lead teams in key internal initiatives to drive the development and continuous improvement of the firm.

Business Development

You will develop and foster new and existing client relationships to help generate new business deliver revenue and new project opportunities for the company. You will work with strategic accounts to fully understand their business objectives and leverage the firm s full portfolio of services to develop and execute a strategy to achieve those objectives.

The Senior Director should be a strategic thinker who demonstrates a high degree of ownership, leadership, and a strong work ethic, with a proven track record of success. We are looking for someone to roll up their sleeves and be engaged in the day-to-day support of clients working very closely with the Client Engagement teams.

Responsibilities

Understand and leverage the firm s full offering of services to clients
Oversee onboarding of new clients and the customer journey
Review all current client retention and delivery processes, resources, tools, data and develop a plan for improvements
Build and lead a highly skilled delivery team ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction
Oversee achievement of performance related to client deliverables
Manage and track teams on continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery
Manage and resolve client issues
Some travel required to facilitate management, training, and client interactions

Preferred Experience

10 years of management consulting experience, preferably in strategy
Demonstrated record of success in business development and strategic account management
Strong network for recruitment, business development, and partnership opportunities
Experience building, managing and leading teams
Project management experience
MBA or other relevant graduate degree
