**Construction Laborer (Minneapolis, MN)**

With our growing operations, Vector Construction Inc. is actively seeking experienced **Construction Laborers** to join our elite team of concrete restoration specialists working on our Minneapolis, MN job sites. This position performs a variety of construction-related tasks that may include the restoration and protection of concrete structures, application of Vectors corrosion mitigation processes, and assisting other workers with duties specific to a project.
**Key Accountabilities:**
* This position will preform tasks such as concrete chipping, pouring, patching, coating, flat, form, and finishing work.
* The right individual for this position will be willing to learn and grow as part of a team.
* Will have the ability to see projects through completion with the highest standards of safety and project delivery.
**Requirements:**
* Must have the ability to safely operate necessary tools and equipment with good manual dexterity for their intended purposes.
* 2+ years related work experience; industrial concrete experience is preferred.
* Heavy lifting is required.
* Some weekend, evening, and/or night shift work may be required.
* Vector is a drug and alcohol-free workplace. Successful candidates will be required to pass a drug screen.
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status is required as a condition of employment.
