Our objective for the current opening is to focus on the selection and development of our team members by committing to excellence in everything we do! This position is night shift (6pm-6am) and will operate on a 5 day on, 5 day off schedule based out of our Eighty Four, PA office.
Daily Job Duties Include:
- Must have excellent organizational skills, knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
- Create weekly schedules for all work sites, utilizing work force to optimize site efficiency and overtime usage.
- Assign company vehicles to appropriate work sites and crews based on need.
- Ensuring daily job tickets are submitted for each job site.
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance, relay incoming field requests to appropriate individuals within Assist Services.
- Tracking and manipulation of data to reach efficient workforce utilization and improve overall operations.
- Utilize vehicle logistics software, as well as company software to fulfill daily responsibilities.
- Work with Fleet Management department to accomplish tasks and routine fleet maintenance.
Preferred:
- Experience in performing scheduling, logistics, or fleet coordinating duties that supports the transportation industry.
