Executive Assistant Real Estate Developer
Rapidly growing Real Estate Developer is seeking an Executive Assistant to be the right hand to the Owners.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Decision Making:
- Collaborate closely with owner to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on investment opportunities, property acquisitions, and asset management strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the performance and profitability of the real estate portfolio.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market data, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Analyze complex issues, gather relevant information, and propose solutions to address challenges or opportunities.
Administrative Support:
- Manage the owner's schedule and calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, household management as needed.
- Manage certain personal and household errands as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings and presentations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files, records, and databases related to real estate assets and transactions.
Communication and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and business partners.
- Facilitate communication between the owner and various stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective exchange of information.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, routing them to the appropriate individuals for response or action.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential matters.
Project Coordination and Execution:
- Collaborate with team to ensure alignment and integration of project objectives with overall business goals.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.
Leadership and Teamwork:
- Lead by example through actions that reflect the company's values and goals.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of executive level administrative experience within the real estate industry
- Proactive and strategic thinker who can anticipate the needs of the owner and make informed decisions to facilitate the successful operation of the portfolio.
