Position Summary

The IT Support Analyst position acts as the front-line customer contact point for users in a structured, high call volume Help Desk setting. The position provides basic technical support of general hardware and software incidents and requests, including login assistance / password resets, email and application support, printer support, etc.

The position requires a professional demeanor, close attention to detail, and the ability to tolerate high intensity working conditions. The ability to make quick decisions based on professional judgment and written procedures is essential.

Work schedule will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm, but flexibility to cover slightly varied shifts (ie - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) would be ideal. The position will be on-site to begin, but offers the potential to transition to remote work after a learning/training period of roughly 6 months.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in a high-volume Help Desk, Call Center, or other similar Customer Service environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting problems with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a strong focus on customer service.
