URGENT CARE PA or NP
- Start date upon credentialing ~60+ days. 3-month contract with options to extend
- 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts. 9a-9:30p. Monday-Sunday. Every other weekend- with days off during the week.
- Types of cases/patients: minimum 1 year in past 3 years ER experience. Must be comfortable with triaging higher acuity patients, as needed.
- Patients per Day/Volume: Average 3-4 patients per hour. 20 Minute appointments for Urgent Care. Providers must be comfortable with Fast Track s as well as they have them onsite and are 10-minute appointments
- Support staff: Full Support RN staff and LVN s; Supervising Physician will be available for PA s
- EMR: Epic
