**Guest Service Rep./Soft Count Team**

**Position Summary:** Uses excellent guest service skills to assist players at cage**.** Responsible for
bank monies during assigned shift. Records transactions accurately. Must be able to type, answer phones and assist with inquiries. Duties include signing up new players club members, redeeming member points, promote property amenities, participate in special functions, resolve guest complaints and provide a high level of guest service.
**Position Summary**: The Count Team Clerk is responsible for the counting of all paper currency from
drops and collections. Specific duties include counting pit drops, BVA drops, food and beverage
banks, retail outlet banks, counting and wrapping of paper currency, maintaining counting equipment,
maintain records of counting process, ensure a high level of safety and security and insure
compliance to all gaming regulations.
