Special Parts Assembler 2nd Shift
Specials Job Type Full-time Description **Job Summary**
The Special Parts Assembler is responsible for assembling custom and semi-custom parts per order as needed for production.
Using a variety of different tools you'll be creating different parts, mostly custom accessories for cabinets that meet the orders and standards of Dura Supreme.
**2nd Shift**: 4pm- 2:30am
**$21.00**/ hour
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Cuts and assembles special parts as indicated on recap sheet and/or prints according to production standards and procedures.
- Uses a variety of equipment in the department including saws, sanders, small hand tools, overhead router, shapers, etc.
- Verifies items are of correct size, fit together properly and of good quality before sending to the next area.
- Ensures product has proper job number, item number, and production date and is delivered to the designated areas for further assembling or finishing.

Requirements **Required Education, Training or Experience**
* High School education or up to one month related training or experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Able to read a tape measure in standard and metric units
* Able to read shop prints or job tickets
