Position: Weekend Clinician

Purpose:

As a Licensed Clinician, you'll be pivotal in providing top-notch clinical services. Your role involves conducting thorough assessments, establishing initial diagnoses, and collaborating with treatment teams to deliver effective clinical treatments. You ll work closely with patients through individual, group, or family sessions, focusing on mental health improvement.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Implement various therapeutic models and theories, tailoring intervention strategies to a broad spectrum of patients.
  • Employ strictly evidence-based techniques, ensuring their effectiveness and safety for patients in need.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including training in CBT, TFCBT, DBT, EMDR, MRT, ACE, among others.
  • Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches and evidence-based interventions as necessary.
  • Collaboratively design and execute comprehensive care plans with patients and treatment teams, focusing on critical needs, treatment objectives, action plans, reassessment, etc.
  • Diligently maintain and update patient records, ensuring they're accurate, timely, and aid in coordinated treatment planning and review.
  • Provide counseling in various settings: individual, group, and family; perform assessments, screenings, and manage crisis situations.
  • Actively engage in supervision, team meetings, and court hearings as required by patients or court orders.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of individual satisfaction with our support, services, and programs.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in mental health care.
  • Adhere to and uphold the policies and procedures set by the Dept. for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities, and our agency.
  • Complete and submit all required documentation, records, and reports promptly.
  • Embrace other duties that may arise, in line with our startup s dynamic nature.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 20 per week
