A health services organization in Tennessee is currently seeking a new Recruiter for a promising Remote opportunity with their growing Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities:
The Recruiter will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the department
- Researching and sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques; generating recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends
- Providing recruiting support to hiring managers for all exempt and non-exempt positions
- Managing internal and external recruiting sources and extending offers once a candidate is selected
- Coordinating all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or a related role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
