As a part of our team, you will receive the training and supervision necessary to become nationally certified as a Registered Behavior Technician. We also offer supervision to individuals pursuing certification as a BCBA or BCaBA.

Necessary Qualifications for a Behavior Technician
- Caring and Compassionate
- Energetic and able to move quickly
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Exercise Discretion and Maintain Confidentiality
- Experience With Special Needs Children (Preferred)
- High School Diploma/Bachelors (Preferred)
- Able to lift 25+ pounds
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver s License
- Available evenings up to 6pm
During an RBT s first 90 days at Spectrum, they are learning critical therapeutic skills and need to be able to consistently apply them in order to ensure that they are able to provide clients with quality treatment. As a result, we ask all new hires to ensure that they are available for the entirety of this 90 day training.
