The Field Service Support Director will lead the enhancement of service offerings to corporate clients by implementing policies, procedures, and goal-setting. Responsible for the logistics, service support coordination, and occasional field, including on-call support. Your responsibilities will include generating and maintaining weekly Service Schedule, coordinate with service team and customers for fulfillment, Work closely with the Sales and Service departments in all aspects of daily business, and being able to provide remote technical support for the service team and customers


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all logistics, including inventory management, RMA s, shipping and receiving.
  • Generate and maintain weekly Service Schedule, coordinate with service team and customers for fulfillment.
  • Implementing industry standard customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address all customer questions regarding services; check work order status, respond to schedule and scope changes.
  • Follow up on outstanding job quotes and customer service orders.
  • Ability to process customer inquiries in various forms; custom/standard quotes, phone inquiries and work order entry.
  • Work closely with the other Sales and Service departments in all aspects of daily business
  • Provide timely response to customers directly, or as needed, coordinate, manage, monitor and follow-up the successful hand-off to other staff members.
  • Be able to provide remote technical support for the service team and customers.
  • Serve as the direct point-of-contact for customers, main office, and regional service team
  • Work closely and support the sales team and often leading sales calls with Oil & Gas companies to explain the technology efficiencies.


Qualifications:

  • Field Service experience required
  • Proven experience managing teams
  • Proven skills in logistics, scheduling, and resource coordination are required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in providing outstanding service, directly and through coordinating appropriate resources
  • Project coordination experience in an EPC environment
  • Aptitude for mechanical/electrical principles and devices
  • Previous experience working in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in wellheads.
