Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Groups has an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient primary care office located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The Primary Care office is associated with St. Mary Medical Center.
We have two opportunities available in Northeast Philadelphia one location is off Rhawn Street and the other is off Cottman Avenue, both close to Route 1 (Roosevelt Blvd.)
Essential functions of these opportunities include:
- Consulting with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
- Recommending and orders tests to help diagnose condition.
- Monitoring lab results.
- Prescribing or administering treatment.
- Utilizing EMR system for documentation (EPIC).
- Explaining test results, or prescribed treatment with the patient.
- Coordinating work with Physicians, other APPs, MA's and office staff.
- Referring patients to medical specialists when necessary.
