Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue is located in North Charleston, directly across Rivers Avenue from Northwoods Mall. Fulfilling over 2500 orders daily to those who live and work in North Charleston and the surrounding areas, we strive to provide a REMARKABLE experience for every guest. Overview:
At Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue, the Front-of-House Team Member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. We are seeking full-time candidates with morning availability (6am-5pm), who have excellent people skills and a sense of urgency to serve guests by delivering a quality customer experience. Successful Team Members will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd-mile service.
How You'll Make a Difference:
* Courteously engage with our guests by anticipating and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication while maintaining a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume
* Serve guests with a smile and sense of urgency
* Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence
* Perform tasks at a pace that can keep up with the demands of the business
* Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders
* Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care
* Maintain a solid knowledge of products and menu offerings
* Other duties as assigned by leadership
What We're Looking For:
* Punctuality and timeliness in attendance for shifts
* Ability to work at least 3 days per week and available most Saturdays
* Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
* Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
* Ability to work in hot/cold, noisy and fast-paced environment
* Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs
* Must be eligible to work in the United States

Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
Mobility required during shifts
Must work well under pressure
Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
