The Senior Field Test Coordinator will work with systems engineers, program managers, and technical subject matter experts to plan and execute technology demonstration, system development testing, operational testing, operational assessment, and other T&E related activities.

Responsibilities
    Performing operational test execution, pre-test coordination with all stakeholders in support of the execution of the planned test event.
  • Preparing and documenting the pre-test briefing to support stakeholder alignment in execution preparations.
  • Collecting and documenting test data in accordance with approved procedures and the signed OT&E Test Plan and conducting post-test activities as required.
  • Leading or supporting the planning, execution, data collection, and reporting of technology demonstrations, system acceptance tests, and other technology and/or systems evaluation and assessment efforts
  • Leading or supporting the development of engineering plans and artifacts including:
    • Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)
    • Testing and Evaluation Gate Reviews (TEGR)
    • Test case / scenario designs
    • Systems Engineering Plans (SEP)
    • Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
    • Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
    • Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Participating in or leading T&E IPTs and/or work groups
  • Participating in program-level review boards, including engineering, configuration, risk, and test review boards.
  • Coordinating and tracking project activities and status and provide status reporting and recommendations to the customer.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field with 18 years of experience or master's degree in related field with 10 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field.
  • Experience in developing and executing T&E strategy and plans in support of large, complex programs.
  • Knowledge of DHS or DoD acquisition life cycle framework and systems engineering life cycle framework
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, independent performer who can perform well in a collaborative, team environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with customer interaction and presentation capabilities.
  • Must exemplify a dedication to achieving the mission of the customer as well as high standards of quality and excellence in performing individual duties.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred.
