Company Description
We have a team of highly qualified, reliable, experienced, and professional nurses that include CNA, LVN/LPT, and RN s that have many years of experience in the field of addiction/or psychiatric nursing, assisting adult and adolescent clients in their homes as Sober Living Companions (short/long term services) and at both Addiction Rehab & Psychiatric Facilities. We also provide care for elderly clients in Assisted Living Facilities & at home, on a variety of levels, depending on their level of care, and all at competitve rates which are available upon request.
Role Description
This is a contract role for Nurses at AAI Caring Hands, LLC. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, administering medications (LPT/LVN, RN s) monitoring patient vital signs, and documenting patient information. This role is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires on-site presence.
Qualifications
- Valid (CNA, LPT/LVN, RN) California State license
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of nursing protocols and procedures within your scooe of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
