Job Description
Our client in San Diego is seeking a Mechanical Construction PM to join their team in San Diego, CA. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the safety of field personnel assigned to projects.
- Monitor field labor productivity and quality assurance.
- Coordinate project activities and manage project financial outcomes.
- Handle projections, reporting, and material/equipment procurement.
- Manage change orders and maintain strong owner/client relations.
- Oversee project cash flow and personnel management.
- Adhere to all company operating policies, procedures, and executed plans.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of construction experience
- Direct experience with a MEP company is a huge plus
- Experience working with a GC
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Mgmt.
- Experience with BlueBeam
