Job Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic sales plans
- Building strong relationships with your clients and team
- Recruiting, coaching and mentoring your team of sales representatives
- Providing necessary tools and support for success of the sales team
- Providing the necessary training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Working closely with managers and team leaders to communicate branch sales goals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the roofing industry
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of the roofing industry and insurance claims process is a plus
