CACI is seeking a Systems Engineering Leader to lead a fast-paced counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) mission that makes a difference to the warfighter on a daily basis.
What You ll get to Do:You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to develop Solutions and deliver new capabilities. You will Define and communicate the product vision and goals in alignment with the overall business strategy, Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and document product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
You will support the team in prioritization and backlog management
including technical roadmap development that aligns with a release plan for both hardware and software capabilities.You will lead a team of fun and energized engineers and culture of sharing information amongst teammates working within a product family to field tactical SIGINT collection systems to the DoD.As the Product Owner you are responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that software or technology products meet customer needs and business objectives. They act as the primary point of contact for defining, prioritizing, and managing product features and requirements.Responsible for the decomposition of top level system customer needs to lower level technical requirements and work closely with development teams (hardware/software) to build, integrate, and test the system.Lead, manage and groom backlogs at the portfolio level.Maintain and groom roadmaps for various development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, participate in release/sprint planning, integration and testing.Work with the customer, E3I architects, engineers, and scrum teams to update roadmaps and backlogs as the mission, processes, and system evolve.Validate that the delivered product meets the defined acceptance criteria and fulfills customer needs, while improving speed of mission delivery aligned with DevSecOps automationIdentify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to enhance the product and ensure it remains competitive and relevant.Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to make informed product decisions.You ll Bring These Qualifications
:Five (5) years of SE experience leading SE teams. Bachelor s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of related experience is required.Current TS clearance and able to obtain SCIExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience with the standard Systems Engineering V processes and lifecycle.Analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of agile product management tools and practices.Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.Able to work independently and effectively manage daily activitiesFamiliarity with radio frequency (RF) systems and test equipment (spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, multimeter etc.)These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Experience with C-UAS and/or RF software and hardware systems.Experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) software and hardware.Understanding of SDR (Software Defined Radio) systems.Model Based System Engineering experience.Experience with test automation.Experience with machine learning.Experience with SATCOM systems.What We can Offer You
