5+ years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team

Experience with JIRA

Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management

Experience with teaching te chn ical teams the basic Agile framework concepts

Top Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:Knowledge of the project management framework

Knowledge of agency or intelligence community and IT infrastructures

Possession of excellent problem-solving skills, to provide te chn ical assistance to IT development teams

Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Master's degree

Certified Scrum Master

The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
