Research, brainstorm and propose solution of digital products, services, e-business platforms and technology strategy
Define process digitalization in business and operation
Research and Development
Work closely with IT and Partner on defining technology solution and strategy
Help the technical team to find the correct solution during project implementation
* *Understand Software Development Life Cycle with Agile Methodology.*
* *7+ years experience in software development with 2 years in solution/IT architect position.*
* *Good Leadership Skill.*
* *Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.*
* *Passion for technology & creating great user experience for customers.*
* *Software development experience with Agile, Lean, Continuous Delivery and secure software development best practices.*
* *Strong experience with any of the following programming languages: Objective-C/Swift, Javascript, JAVA/J2EE, PYTHON.*
* *Experience in Mobile development (IOS/Android/Hybrid).*
* *Experience in designing, building, unit testing & managing development of Backend application using Node.js and Java. Knowledge in Docker is an advantage.*
* *Knowledge SQL Programming and good understanding of the Relational Database Management System (Knowledge in Microsoft SQL 2012 and above is an advantage).*
* *Excellent source control skills and discipline, e.g. Git, SVN, RTC, etc.*
* *Experience in No SQL and good understanding of MongoDB or similar is advantage.*
* *Experience with JMS / message queue.*
* *Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services technologies (SOAP, REST, ESB, API Gateway).*
* *Able to communicate in English.*
* *Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences.*
* *Capable to write technical documentations.*
