Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Position Objective

We are seeking a strong individual for our warehouse department who will help with receiving and processing incoming inventory including splitting, picking, packing, quality control, and the fulfillment of orders going to retail stores. The individual must be willing to be flexible in their job as to where the need is in receiving and fulfilling customer orders. Our warehouse department is a fast-paced work environment that requires attention to detail. As a Warehouse Associate, the work performed by the employee shall be under the general supervision of the DC Manager.

Major Functions

  • Split, Fill, box, and label products to meet daily packaging targets according to SOPS and KPI Targets.
  • Sticker outbound products with BioTrack stickers.
  • Put away inbound products in the proper locations.
  • Be able to climb a 10-foot ladder in racking locations.
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack in between racking and around the warehouse.
  • Clean and Organize workstations to 5S standards set by the Manager.
  • Perform daily janitorial tasks (sweeping, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash, washing fixtures, etc.) of assigned work area areas.
  • Ensure all finished goods have been checked to meet quality standards.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Sage warehouse management system.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the BioTrack warehouse management system.
  • Observe and maintain the highest standards of 5S methodology.
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
  • Package finished products with a high degree of task focus.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
  • Ensures work area is clean and free of safety hazards.
  • A positive and professional attitude and a consistent work ethic; must be self-motivated and work well alone as well as on a team.
  • Ability to remain flexible to changes in responsibilities and scheduling.

Education and Experience

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • BioTrack Experience.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter with critical thinking capabilities, adept at handling multiple tasks and fostering collaborative teamwork.

Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)

  • This position is held within a highly compliant and secured warehousing facility.
  • Willing to perform additional duties as necessary to maintain a compliant, clean, safe, and inviting environment for our team members and customers supporting all licensed activities is required.
  • Schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business (Nights, Weekends, Holidays included).
  • Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods at a time.
  • Must be able to lift a 50-pound load and carry it for 50 feet repeatedly.
