We are a vibrant online boutique specializing in women's clothing. Our mission is to provide exceptional products and outstanding customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Boutique Operations Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with shipping carriers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular inventory counts. Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Planning and Preparing Drops: Assist in planning and executing product drops or launches. Prepare merchandise displays and promotional materials as needed.
- Assisting with Behind the Scenes of TikTok Lives: Support the creative team in the preparation and execution of behind-the-scenes content for TikTok Lives. Assist with setting up equipment, organizing products, and ensuring a smooth flow of activities during live sessions.
- General Boutique Operations: Support day-to-day operations of the boutique, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, restocking shelves, and assisting with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail operations, preferably in a boutique or specialty store environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping procedures is a plus.
- Interest in social media platforms like TikTok and willingness to learn and contribute to behind-the-scenes content creation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
