**Bilingual French/English Customer Service Representative**
* Must be fluent in French and English
* Review, process and follow up on orders and inquiries by telephone, fax, internet, EDI and correspondence from customers and Technical Sales Representatives.
* Maintain established performance metrics for order accuracy, volume of entries, phone volume and error rate.
* Responsible for timely customer communications, including but not limited to pricing information, order confirmation and shipping status.
* Proactively review open order reports and information providing documentation as requested to customers, manufacturing plants or sales.
* Process and monitor Return Authorizations, obtain required approvals for changes to customer specific information and special accommodations.
* Own, manage, maintain and update customer data and files.
* Adhere to SOX requirements of confirming orders and ensuring all orders shipped in the month are processed through sales update for revenue recognition.
* Other job responsibilities and requirements that may be assigned.
**Position Summary:**
Provide fast and accurate processing of orders, inquiries and return authorizations in a customer service environment in the manufacturing sector.
**Job Accountabilities:**
**Education, Experience, Skills & Competencies:**
* HS Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.
* 1-2 years customer service experience.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; JD Edwards experience desired.
* Professional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task in a flexible environment with minimum supervision.
* Attention to detail, accuracy and follow up skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Must be a team player and work well within a team environment
