McDonalds is seeking a Sr. Director of Federal Government & Diplomatic Relations. Part of the Global Impact function and reporting to the VP of Federal GR & Global Policy, a successful candidate will be a key government relations representative for McDonalds partners in Washington, DC. A successful candidate will lead a dynamic team of government relations professionals and consultants to develop and implement consistent, pro-active engagements with federal government agencies and officials, diplomats, and internal/external team members across multiple relevant issue areas (e.g. franchising, business operations, tax/finances, workforce, sustainability, agriculture, supply chain, technology, food, nutrition, etc.) that impact the McDonalds System.
