SUMMARY
This individual is an experienced Estimator with a thorough understanding of HVAC ductwork and equipment related to commercial and industrial projects.

JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
Has the technical expertise with on-screen takeoffs and prepare estimates using Quickpen software and Microsoft Office products
Contact equipment venders and subcontractors for pricing.
Verify that the equipment & subcontractor quotes that we receive is per the specifications
Enter ductwork, Quickpen reports and equipment pricing on the bid template.
Attend Pre-bid meetings if needed
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Thorough understanding of current Mechanical Code
Multiple years of experience in estimating is preferred
