JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Perform massage and body treatments while always maintaining the client's comfort.
- Ensure individualized guest service by acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectations
- Maintain an ample supply in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage work area
- Always maintain a clean and neat work environment, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order
- Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation such as product knowledge and retail sales
- Ensure awareness of current trends in body treatments
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation and any other combination of education, and training experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-3 years of recent massage therapist experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Demonstrates a positive, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude
- Must maintain all current licenses and certifications that are required on a state or local level.
- Weekend availability is required
