Responsibilities

- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols

Requirements
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience
- Valid RN license
- Prior experience as an RN or in a similar healthcare role
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
